After the shutdown, must make the mesh roller and the rubber roller off pressure, otherwise, the mesh roller will bend because of long unidirectional force and deformation, resulting in uneven ink transfer mesh roller. In addition, every time after the end of printing, it is necessary to clean the mesh roller in time to prevent pigment particles in the ink from drying in the ink hole, resulting in ink hole plugging, affecting printing production.

3. In the process of storage, we should also do a good job in the protection of the mesh roller, to prevent the surface from foreign bodies or collision, in addition to its special storage tank, in order to prevent the surface of oil, dust or dust.
